The value for money at this hotel was great, considering the comfortable bed and friendly staff. The location was convenient and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Food for breakfast could be improved, especially the sausages.

We had a new-fashioned room with a spotless bathroom. It was in a central setting to Ascot racecourse.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a supermarket and petrol station nearby. The restaurant, located near the maître d' station, offered a quieter dining experience compared to other noisy areas. The hotel was also situated in an area close to accessible paths for mobility scooters.

The decor of the hotel was outdated and in need of refurbishment.

The place was brilliant and fairly clean. The location was handy, within a close distance from Coral Reef Bracknell's Waterworld. Moreover, it's near to the Lader restaurant, the park and the Hilton.

Everything was good from the excellent service to the appetising food. The rooms were compact in general, with a double bed. The staff were courteous, pleasant, would come here again. The location was brilliant and pleasant, within easy walking distance of Coral Reef Bracknell's Waterworld. Was a useful base for easter.

The hotel was exceptional, clean, in a great area. The staff were courteous and exceptional and the restaurant was great. Booked a room with pleasant views over the gardens at the back of the property.

Good breakfast, but a bit expensive. Convenient location for Windsor Castle and Stonehenge. Check-in time could be earlier. a pleasant experience with AC, a cooler, hairdryer, and iron provided in the room. Staff responsive, even texted to check on our stay. Great bar service and friendly staff made my son's birthday special. Plentiful breakfast, enjoyed the nearby park, and loved the swimming pool with an adult-only lane for relaxation.

Excellent customer service and a range of choices for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message asking about my stay. The staff at The Larder restaurant were friendly and the food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The location was very central, making it easy to visit local attractions such as Coral Reef Water Park, Thorpe Park, and Chessington. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy, which was perfect for my family. The food at the restaurant was delicious and nicely presented, with a good choice on the menu. The staff were very accommodating and made sure we had a great experience. The pool and gym facility were clean and well-maintained, and we had a fun time swimming. The check-in staff were helpful and checked on us during our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The location was incredible and easy and close to a park and a coral reef. There was an attached restaurant nearby. I enjoyed the classic-style building, cheap room.
